Texas notarial fees are set by state law. Texas Government Code 406.024 caps most notarial acts at $10.00, plus $1 for each additional signature on the same document.

Travel fee: $35 to $75 

Monthly bookkeeping: starting at $300 based on transaction volume and number of accounts.

Loan signing packages: $100 to $200.

All prices are confirmed in writing before the appointment. No service is performed until pricing has been reviewed and agreed to by the client.
